Service description

SwiftSpeedTest provides a browser-based internet speed test that reports download speed, upload speed, ping, jitter, and related guidance. The service is informational and diagnostic in nature.

Appropriate use

• Use the service only in lawful ways.
• Do not send abusive, automated, or excessive traffic that may degrade the service for others.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site's infrastructure, security, or normal operation.

Measurement limits

• Results vary based on device, browser, Wi-Fi quality, router load, background traffic, and routing conditions.
• Results from SwiftSpeedTest may differ from results returned by other testing services because infrastructure and methodology differ.
• The service is not intended to certify enterprise bandwidth, regulated service levels, or legal claims against providers.

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. SwiftSpeedTest does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, identical results across devices, or perfect measurement accuracy under all conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftSpeedTest is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including reliance on measurement results.
